Rooted in heels training, performance quality, and feminine energy, TLR creates intentional experiences where women of all levels feel seen, supported, and powerful. Our classes blend technique, musicality, fluidity, and sex appeal — while honoring individuality, culture, and personal growth.

TLR was created in February of 2019 to give women a space they didn’t know they were missing.
Founded by Courtney Robinson, professional choreographer, performer, and creative director, The Ladies Room was built from a desire of story telling and sensual freedom to great music — without judgment, pressure, or comparison.
Courtney’s background spans professional stage performance with the like of: Nelly, French Montana, Wiz Khalifa, Rick Ross, Rod Wave, Meek Mill & more. Her extensive experience in nightlife, heels training, and visual storytelling has put her in rooms she never even dreamed of. Courtney’s teaching style centers on sensual movement, the feeling behind it, confidence and healing from the inside out, and honoring the dancer behind the steps.
TLR is deeply rooted in community, representation, and creating safe, empowering environments — especially for women of color — to explore femininity, power, and artistry on their own terms.

Beginner heels is all about building confidence from the ground up. Learn the basics of walking, balance, and simple choreography retention techniques in a supportive, no-pressure space designed to help you feel sexy, strong, and comfortable in heels.
Performance heels blends confidence, sensuality, choreography and stage presence. This class focuses on fluid movement, musicality, and execution, helping you feel bold, polished, and unapologetically you in every step.
